At the heart of the company is Chef Juan Pablo Rey Nores (Ex Exc. Chef at GAUCHO DUBAI and Francis Mallmann former student ). Founder and Company Director, bringing years of culinary and hospitality experience and a deep connection to Latin American cuisine.

Working alongside him is Chef Ierik Christensen, Culinary Director, responsible for the culinary identity of ASADITO, grilling standards, menu development and maintaining the quality of every event.

Camila Rey, Marketing Director, leads the communication and marketing strategy, building the ASADITO brand and connecting our Argentine asado experience with Dubai's food, lifestyle and luxury event community.

Our parrilleros and event team are Latin American, bringing the energy, warmth and hospitality that make an Argentine asado different. We believe that authenticity is not only about the food — it is about the people who prepare it and the atmosphere they create around the fire.
